Wager requirements & Bonus claiming Bonus Activation All bonuses have wagering requirements, which are specified in the bonus details. To receive a bonus on the main balance, you need to unlock it by making the necessary wager.
1. All bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per computer or per IP unless otherwise specified.
2. Players can forfeit their bonus amount at any time and withdraw any remaining balance.
3. If a bonus is forfeited while placed sports bets are still pending, those sports bets will be considered invalid and any potential winnings will not be paid out.
4. All bonuses are subject up to 35 times wagering on bonus amount.
5. A bet must be settled to count towards wagering requirements, unsettled bets will not count.
6. All deposit and free cash bonuses will expire after 30 days.
7. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. For fair gaming purposes, equal, zero or low margin bets, hedge betting, or high variance betting strategies shall all be considered irregular gaming for Bonus playthrough requirement purposes. Should MEXBOSS deem that irregular game play has occurred, it reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings, and if applicable, after canceling bonuses, to reinstate the deposit on the player’s account, without necessarily informing the player.
8. MEXBOSS management reserves the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior as described above.
9. MEXBOSS management has the right to update these rules at any time.
10. Your Real Money will be used before your Bonus Money when placing wagers on our games. Your wager may include both Real and Bonus Money if your wager exceeds your Real Money balance.
11. You can click on the “Bonus details” on the Bonus card and find a “Cancel Bonus” button in the bottom. In case you lose the Bonus balance and got it below the amount of 0.01 USD, your Bonus will be automatically canceled. The initiating of the withdrawal funds from the platform or sending a tip in the currency in which you have the active Bonus will lead to Bonus cancellation and the Bonus amount deduction.Transferring funds to the Vault in the currency in which you have the active Bonus will not be available until the Bonus is fully unlocked or canceled. Please note, that after the cancellation, the Bonus can’t be re-activated.
12. You can complete the wagering requirement only if selected by the casino In-house games and Slots. These games can be found in the “Bonus wagering” category or on the bonus card in the side panel. Note that your wager in In-house games will be counted with 0.2 multiplier. For Slots, the wager multiplier is always 1.
